How to Write a Good Brief
The more specific your initial message, the faster and more useful our response will be.
If you have an existing platform that needs fixing, tell us: what CMS are you running?
What is broken, slow, or not working as expected? When did it start? Has anything
changed recently? Have you worked with another agency on this, and what was the
outcome?
If you need a new platform designed and built, tell us: what is the business? Who is the
target audience? Do you have a platform preference (WordPress, WooCommerce)?
What does the timeline look like? What does success look like — is it a launch date, a
performance target, a traffic goal, or something else?
For both: tell us about your budget expectations and your decision-making timeline. We
scope every engagement individually and provide fixed quotes, so the more context we
have upfront, the more accurate our initial response will be.
You do not need a perfectly structured brief. A few honest paragraphs about what you
need are enough for us to respond with a useful next step.
